Linhaus OÜ is a rental property management service company founded in 2024. After years of renting out personal real estate, the founders decided to pool their experience in a joint company in order to provide high-quality management services to other real estate owners.
We operate mainly in Tartu, but by agreement we also offer services elsewhere in Southern Estonia. We
specialize in residential properties and offer both short and long term rentals
management service according to the owner's wishes, seasonality and market situation.

Short-term rental management service

We gladly take over the management of your rental space and offer a full solution for short-term rent.
